Chad Simpson, CEO and Owner of Simpson Salute and other home service businesses in Northeast Ohio, is a distinguished leader in the HVAC industry. In 2021, he built a state-of-the-art training facility with the goal of enhancing the skills of his team. This facility has earned state recognition and trained thousands of HVAC professionals from across the country. An innovator at heart, Chad was an early adopter of technology, implementing innovative products provided by MeasureQuick, The Energy Conservatory, Mantel and many others. Chad is a respected voice in the HVAC community, serving on numerous industry panels and assisting other contractors in building their businesses.
