Tom Hearn

Tom Hearn is the third-generation general manager and owner of Hearn Plumbing, Heating & Air in Madison, OH, a company celebrating its 79th anniversary in 2025. With 25 years in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry, Tom has been instrumental in growing the business and upholding its legacy. Under Tom’s leadership, the company won the Business of the Year award from the local Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Both his father and grandfather also received the same award in 1999, making it a family tradition of excellence. In 2022, Hearn Plumbing, Heating & Air was named NCI’s Medium Contractor of the Year, and in 2023, received the Scott Johnson Training Excellence Award. Tom has been dedicated to building a team of skilled technicians since 2016, focusing on recruiting from outside the industry and fostering a culture of excellence. Outside of work, Tom is an accomplished adventurer, having thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine and cycling across the United States from Maine to Washington.
