Crystal D. Burroughs, PE is Vice President and Chief Mechanical Engineer for Dewberry Engineers Inc. Ms. Burroughs was formally a partner with IES Engineers which became the Healthcare Engineering Department for Dewberry in 2007. With more than 40 years of experience Ms. Burroughs specializes in HVAC, plumbing, and controls for healthcare facilities and research laboratories. Ms. Burroughs was a major contributor to the ASHRAE publication HVAC Design Manual for Hospitals and Clinics.
